We tried various dishes. The aromatic crispy duck and lemon chicken were both delicious we also had crispy beef and salt and pepper prawns. They also do amazing toffee apples for dessert. Looking forward to my return visit.

Always great food and Sofia has a wacky style of service... Don't stress if she tells you to hurry up when you are ordering.....'' I not got all day". It's all part of her charm!! Set menus are great value.

Honestly. Can't fault this place. Sofia is welcoming and charming. Me and my Fiancée had the set lunch menu. It was served to the table in good time with a beaming smile and piping hot and was delicious !

Early in season so pretty quiet but always enjoy a visit to this restaurant. Owner is so friendly and chatty. Makes an effort to introduce herself to all the guests to check everything ok. An extensive menu and knowledge staff. We always get the set menu so you get a good choice - and the food just keeps coming in good portions too. Very reasonable night out in La Cala - recommended

Stumbled on Sophias on what is our 1st visit to Mijas. Fantastic food, the prawn toast & chicken wings were amazing. Enjoyed all our meal, very tasty and plenty enough. We chose off the special menu and we weren't disappointed. Would highly recommend and will be going again before we go back home.
